Karl Émile grew up in the horticulture industry in Quebec and brings generations of supply-chain experience to the A.M.A. team. A big-picture thinker, he’s planting new ideas, cultivating new partnerships, and growing our company so that we can better serve growers and the industry we love.

Janan Alles Manager, Growing Containers, Soils & Equipment
Janan has more than 18 years of experience in the greenhouse industry and has been a vital member of the A.M.A. team since 2006. When asked to describe her role, Janan said, “Finding the best possible products for our customers.” That about sums it up!
Jennifer Mills Manager, Ellepots and Propagation
With 10+ years of agricultural experience and a diploma from the University of Guelph – Ridgetown Campus, Jennifer knows the ins and outs farm life, including the importance of reliable, high-quality products. She's here to support your Ellepots by A.M.A. and propagation needs.
Logistics & Production
Tamara Lalonde Manager, Supply Chain, Inventory Optimization & Pricing
For Tamara, numbers make cents. With a master’s degree in economics from McGill University and experience in revenue management, data analysis and patterns, and pricing, she’s streamlining our inventory and introducing new IT solutions to make sure A.M.A. provides the best value for your dollar.
Jeff Maling Warehouse Supervisor
Jeff joined us in the fall of 2020, following several years teaching in Indonesia, where he started a family and made the move back to Canada in 2019 and has seen our industry from the perspective of bee supply. Jeff plays the pivotal role of ensuring our orders get to you on time and in top-notch condition. He assures the smooth operation of shipping, receiving, property maintenance and warehousing.
Vita Fiore Customer Service & Sales Associate
Vita Fiore brings her friendly, easy-going personality to A.M.A. as she takes on a new role in the office. We are glad to have her back as a vital part of our team. Vita enjoys helping out in the community where she can, and also taking trips around the world with her family.
Chris Rivest Production Supervisor
Chris started at A.M.A. in 2014, supporting seasonal production of Ellepots. Now, with over a decade experience and a heart for leadership, he’s our Production Supervisor, overseeing our three areas of production: Stonewool, Al’s Flower Pouch, and Ellepots by A.M.A.

Lisa is a talented, detail-oriented creative and the brains behind A.M.A. branded materials. She has an eye for shapes, colours and concepts, and leads A.M.A.’s advertising and photography activities.
