A.M.A. sponsoring #BrainTumourWalk for third year in a row
A.M.A. Horticulture is proud to sponsor the annual Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada #BrainTumourWalk for the third year in a row, as part of our partnership through Al’s Flower Pouch.
Al’s Flower Pouch is a vertical hanging planter, and A.M.A. has printed more than 1,300,000 of them with Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada’s logo and contact information. These flower pouches have been sold across Canada to raise awareness and funds for the foundation and help Canadian families dealing with a brain tumour diagnosis.
“Since my own brain tumour diagnosis, I’ve felt that getting information into patients’ hands is very important. Our partnership with Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada has helped raise more than $125,000 to connect Canadians with resources that help them with their brain tumour journey,” says Rick Bradt, co-managing director of A.M.A. Horticulture Inc.
#BrainTumourWalk
This year, instead of one national walk day, the Brain Tumour Walk will be held over an entire weekend from June 17-19, 2022, to better accommodate different time zones, schedules, and weather. A.M.A. Horticulture will donate 27 cents every time you use the hashtag #BrainTumourWalk on social media between June 17 and 19, 2022.
If you’re an Al’s Flower Pouch grower, post your photos with the #BrainTumourWalk hashtag!
