Bato’s Trough is a unique substrate holder, especially developed for placement on steel gutters or on the cultivation floor. The Bato trough is available with both a stepped bottom (for steel gutters of 15, 20 and 25cm) or with a flat leg (for plastic gutters or on the cultivation soil). The bottom ensures maximum drainage. At the top end, the trough has 2 or 4 drain holes in a grid form. The drain holes are fitted with drip conductors: these force the water that hangs on the drain holes to flow through the gutter. The number of drain holes can vary from 0 to 8 holes.
